HR Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic person to lead and develop the HR strategy with our school.
- Delivery of expert, professional HR advice and coaching to school leaders within the school.
- Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, providing strategic and operational HR advice and support and be responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with latest employee legislation.
- To develop excellent working relationships with governors and school leadership teams to ensure advice and support provided is relevant and will enable effective development of staff.
- Coordinating, formulating and reviewing the aims and employee initiatives within the school , including succession planning, change processes and achievement of business objectives.
Essential to the role are excellent communication and organisational skills and a proven track record of strategic planning.
This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS clearance check as well as a satisfactory medical assessment and 2 satisfactory references from previous employers.
The positions are for 37 hours per week for 40 weeks of the year.

Salary Range Grade L point and range £36,805 - £40,395 (Actual salary range)
